The envoy Bu-gai Ji-biao and others who had been sent by Zhan-ba Di-lai, the king of the country of Champa, presented a memorial and offered tribute of rhinoceros, elephants and other products in gratitude for the conferral of Imperial orders of reward and encouragement.
