The envoy Bu-sha-pa Qian and others, who had been sent by the country of Champa, presented a memorial and offered tribute to the Court. A banquet as well as suits of clothing made of silk gauzes (luo) interwoven with gold thread, biao-li of variegated silks and other goods, as appropriate, were conferred upon them.
