An envoy carrying an Imperial proclamation was sent to enfeoff Ma-na-re-jia-na-nai of the country of Bo-ni, as the king of the country, to provide him with a seal, a title patent, an Imperial tally and tally-slips, and to confer upon him brocaded fine silks and variegated silks.
