A gold warrant and a verification tally were conferred upon Dao Feng-han, the native-official magistrate of Da-hou Subprefecture in Yun-nan. Previously, Feng-han had sent his local commander Fu Yong-bao (Alt: Fu Yong-yao) to the Court to offer tribute of horses and to memorialize that he wanted, together with the Mu-bang Pacification Superintendent Han Men-fa to raise 100,000 yi troops and to assist in the expedition to destroy Lu-chuan. He requested a gold warrant and verification tally to put the people's hearts at rest. Accordingly, these were specially conferred. Further Imperial orders of commendation and encouragement were conferred upon Dao Feng-han and Han Men-fa.
