The envoys Ya-lie Ge-fo-ying and others who had been separately sent by the country of Sri Lanka and by Su-dan Mang-su Sha, the son of the king of the country of Melaka, came to Court and offered tribute of coral, precious stones, frankincense, brocaded clothing, "he-ding", rose-water and other goods. A banquet as well as headwear and belts, clothing made from patterned fine silks interwoven with gold thread, cotton cloth and thin silks, as appropriate, were conferred upon them.
