Bu-gu-liang, the younger brother [of Gu-lai] and others, who had been sent by Gu-lai, the king of the country of Champa, came to offer tribute of local products, to memorialize that Annam had invaded their territory and intercepted and stolen the biao-li which had been Imperially conferred and to request troops for protection. It was ordered that the memorial be sent to the relevant offices for their advice.
