A-si-lan, Yang Wan-zhe, Bu-hua, Deng Bang, Fu-niu-cheng and Chen Jie were sent with proclamations for the instruction of the countries of Yun-nan and Japan. Headwear and belts as well as robes were conferred upon A-si-lan and the others.
