The Ministry of War memorialized: "In respect of the rebellious bandit Yue Feng and so on who have been arrested by Liu Shi-zong, the grand coordinator of Yun-nan, it is appropriate that there be sacrifices offered to Heaven to advise of victory and of the presentation of the prisoners." This was approved.
