The envoy Nai La-peng-sha from the country of Siam memorialized that the ocean-going ship in which they had originally travelled had been damaged and requested that the relevant authorities be instructed to repair it. He also requested mang -dragon robes and bolts of silk for his king. The memorial was sent to the Ministry of Rites, which requested that the relevant authorities be instructed to repair their ocean-going ship, but that the requested conferral be refused. The Emperor especially conferred red mang -dragon robes on the king.
