Yao Ming and others, a total of seven persons from Shun-de and other counties in Guang-dong, crossed the sea and plundered Yong-an Subprefecture in Jiao-zhi, burning the people's houses. The grand coordinator and other officials investigated the matter and, upon learning the details, advised of them, requesting permission to behead these persons and display their heads in the Qin Subprefecture region. The Emperor approved this.
