Twenty-nine persons from Long-qi County in Fu-jian had sailed the seas and had dealings with the fan. The government troops had then pursued them, but they resisted arrest. Their ship was damaged by the wind and thus they drifted around in the ocean. When they reached land, they were apprehended and imprisoned. Many died in prison and 14 persons were executed.
