The Ping-mian Pacification Superintendency was changed into the Ping-mian Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendency, with Si Lun-fa as the pacification superintendent. The Che-li Military and Civilian Prefecture was changed into the Che-li Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendency, with Dao Kan as the pacification superintendent. Yi-de was appointed as prefect of the Wu-meng Military and Civilian Prefecture. Court clothes, headwear and belts, patterned fine silks interwoven with gold thread and paper money were conferred upon each of them.
