The Ping-mian Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendency was changed into the Lu-chuan/Ping-mian Pacification Superintendency. Lu-chuan and Ping-mian adjoin one another, but during the Yuan dynasty two route commands were separately established, one to control each part. At this time, the envoy sent by Si Lun-fa came to offer tribute. It was thus ordered that he also control the area of Lu-chuan. Therefore this change was ordered.
