Dao San and others who had been sent by his elder brother Dao Xian-da, the pacification superintendent of the Che-li Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendency, offered tribute of local products. It was Imperially commanded that 40 bolts of fine silks and other silks as well as 140 ding of paper money be conferred upon them.
