The minister Ba-di Zhan-bi and others who had been sent by Xi-li Ba-da-la Ba-la-pu, the king of Java, followed the Court envoy Chang Ke-jing in coming to Court. They presented a gold-leaf memorial and offered local products as tribute. They also handed over the three proclamations which had been sent to them by the Yuan court. It was Imperially commanded that patterned fine silks, sets of clothing, boots and socks be conferred upon Ba-di Zhan-bi and the others. Clothing, as appropriate, was conferred upon the interpreters and attendants.
