The envoy Sha-bu-deng-gu-lu and others from the country of Champa, citing a precedent, submitted a memorial requesting headwear and belts. Further, they requested that, as the country had been repeatedly attacked and pillaged by Annam, and the routes were blocked and it was difficult to return, officials be sent to escort them beyond the border. Both requests were approved.
