[Li] Wei-qi, the son of Li Wei-xin, the deceased Commander of Annam, came to the [border] gate and offered tribute of local products. He also presented the bandit Du Sheng (Alt: Du Teng), who had violated the borders. Vice Minister of the Right in the Ministry of War Chen Bang-zhan, the supreme commander of Guang-dong/Guang-xi, advised. The memorial was sent to the appropriate office.
