The various loyal and obedient native officials of Yun-nan were rewarded. Na Tian-fu was restored to his post of native-official prefect, and the post was made hereditary. He was also given the robes of an official of the lower third rank. Sha Yuan was permitted to hold the old seal of An-nan and was permitted to inherit the post of chief. Lu Pu was given robes of an official of the lower fourth rank, while Long Zai-tian and Pu Ming-sheng were given the rank of native commandant (土守備), had silver and silks conferred upon them and were also given given an appropriate set of robes.
