The various loyal and obedient native officials of Yun-nan were rewarded. Na Tian-fu was restored to his post of native-official prefect, and the post was made hereditary. He was also given the robes of an official of the lower third rank. Sha Yuan was permitted to hold the old seal of An-nan and was permitted to inherit the post of chief.
