Han Luo-fa, the pacification superintendent of Mu-bang, memorialized that Si Keng-nang, Han Nong and others wished to seize his office and on repeated occasions had killed his people. Thus, he requested troops to eliminate them. The memorial was sent to the Ministry of War which requested that the Yun-nan grand defender, regional commander and other officials be ordered to examine and deliberate on the situation, and that arrangements be made after the report was received. This was approved.
