The Censor Yang Shao-cheng, regional inspector of Yun-nan, submitted several memorials of impeachment against the Qian-guo Duke Mu Chang-zuo, accusing him of venality, connivance and acts of evil. The Ministry deliberated and requested that the Emperor make the decision. It was ordered that he be fined half a year's salary grain and that the regional inspector investigate the originally-impeached offenders (原參人犯).
