The Fu-jian pirate Lin Feng fled from Peng-hu to Wang Port in the Eastern fan. The Regional Commander Hu Shou-ren and the Assistant Regional Commander Hu Liang-peng pursued and attacked him, and sent instructions to the fan people, requiring that they launch a pincer attack. The bandits' ships were reduced to ashes. Feng and the others fled. The Grand Coordinator Liu Yao-hui and the Yong-kang Marquis Xu Qiao-song both requested that the officers be rewarded with silver and silks, as appropriate. The ministry deliberated on and re-submitted the request and it was approved.
