Wang Ting-guang, the assistant regional commander of Teng-chong in Yun-nan, and Li Tian-chang, the commandant of Man-ha, were removed from their posts. It was also ordered that Ting-guang be subject to investigation by the regional inspecting censor for reckless advance and loss of discipline. This was ordered on the basis of a memorial of impeachment submitted by the Grand Coordinator Chen Yong-bin.
