The envoy Li Ru-hu and others from Annam, who had come to Court to offer tribute, departed on their return journey. The Emperor ordered that interpreter-officials from the Court of State Ceremonial accompany them and escort them out through Zhen-nan Pass at Bu Village in Ping-xiang Subprefecture, Guang-xi.
