A title patent was conferred upon Liang Ru-hu, a native-official administration vice commissioner of the Jiao-zhi Provincial Administration Commission, while posthumous titles were conferred upon his grand-parents, parents and wife. Ru-hu had his origins in Qing-hua Prefecture in Jiao-zhi. He was sincere in his respect and service of the Court and for his repeated achievements in killing bandits and pacifying the people, he was promoted to administration vice commissioner. At this time, he came to Court and was especially conferred as noted in reward.
