The chieftain Tao-meng Mang Meng-fang, who had been sent by Si Ren-fa and others of the Lu-chuan Pacification Superintendency; the chieftain Dao Pa who had been sent by Dao Gong-han, the native official magistrate of Nan Dian Subprefecture; the Interpreter Qiu Jing, who had been sent by Mang De-la, chieftain of the Ava-Burma Pacification Superintendency; Tao Wu, a member of the native-official ruling family, who had been sent by Tao Gan, the native-official prefect of Jing-dong Prefecture; Zuo Chang, who had been sent by his elder brother Zuo Jia, the native-official prefect of Meng-hua Subprefecture; and the chieftain Zhao Lu-ba, who had been sent by Han Men-fa, the Military and Civilian Pacification Superintendent of Mu-bang, all of Yun-nan, and... came to Court and offered tribute of elephants, horses, gold and silver utensils and local products.
