The Jiao-zhi native clerk Li Zong-bu and others, a total of 15 persons, had completed the required period in their posts in the capital. The Emperor, considering that they all had fathers, mothers, wives and children, ordered the Auxiliary Ministry of Personnel to send them all home. It was also ordered that the Commissioner-in-chief Shan Yun send people to escort them to the Jiao-zhi border.
