Patterned fine silks, suits of clothing and paper money were conferred upon the envoy Chen Shun-yu and others from Annam, and they were then sent back. It was ordered that Xu Qi, a vice minister in the Ministry of War, and the Messenger Guo Ji take Imperial orders for the instruction of Li Li and accompany Shun-yu on his return journey.
