In Jiao-zhi, the following were established: 1. Prefectural Buddhist registries in the seven prefectures of San River, Feng-hua, Liang River, Bei River, Jian-ping, Jian-chang and Zhen-man. 2. Subprefectural Buddhist registries in the eight subprefectures of Nan-ce, Wu-ning, Jia-lin, Fu-an, San-dai, Li-ren, Ci-lian and Wei-man. 3. Prefectural Daoist registries in the six prefectures of Bei River, Jiao-zhou, San River, Liang River, Feng-hua and Jian-ping. 4. A subprefectural Daoist registry in Wei-man Circuit.
