The envoy Ya-lie Sha-ma-ye and others, who had been sent by Yang Wei-xi-sha, the Western king of the country of Java, presented a memorial to express gratitude for the conferral of Imperial orders of grace. He also offered tribute of "Western horses" (西馬) and local products. Yang Wei-xi-sha was the new name which had been adopted by the former Du-ma-ban. When the envoys departed on their return, further biao-li of variegated silks were conferred upon the king.
