Xin Yao, surveillance commissioner of the Shaan-xi Provincial Surveillance Commission, was appointed as administration vice commissioner of the left in the Jiao-zhi Provincial Administration Commission. Xu Dao-zheng, a vice commissioner in the same commission, was appointed as assistant administration commissioner of the left. Zhang Tai, also a vice commissioner of the Shaan-xi Provincial Surveillance Commission, was appointed as assistant administration commissioner of the right.
