The Vice Commissioner Chen Zhong, who was in charge of the Chang-shan Right Escort Guard and the Assistant Commissioners Xu Liang and Yang Wang, who were in charge of the Chang-shan Central and Left Escort Guards, were banished to Jiao-zhi for deploying troops without authority.
