The Battalion Commander Wang Fu-heng, the Deputy Battalion Commander Li Man, the Platoon Commander Liu Hai and the Squad Commander Ma Gui were all promoted to assistant guard commanders in the Embroidered-Uniform Guard. Initially Man and so on were from ceremonial guards or bodyguards, but they accompanied the expedition across the river (從征渡江) and went as envoys to the Western Ocean, repeatedly realizing great achievements. This order was thus issued.
