The envoy Bi-zhe-ya-man-hei-di (Alt: Bi-zhe-ya- man-li-di) and others who had been sent by the kings of the country of Samudera, Calicut, Melaka, Xiao Ge-lan and A-lu, came to Court and offered tribute of local products. Paper money, silks and copper cash, as appropriate, were conferred upon the envoys. The Ministry of Rites was ordered to confer upon the kings brocaded fine silks, silks, "saddled horses" and other goods.
