In Jiao-zhi, Tai-yuan Subprefecture was raised to Tai-yuan Prefecture and Xuan-hua Subprefecture was raised to Xuan-hua Prefecture. The Xuan-hua Subprefecture Commercial Tax Office was changed to a commercial tax bureau. The Tai-yuan Prefecture Commercial Tax Bureau was established. The following counties were abolished and became part of their supervising subprefecture. Shan-ding County in Wei-man Subprefecture, Bao-fu County in Fu-an Subprefecture, Fu-long County in San-dai Subprefecture, Qing-lian County in Li-ren Subprefecture, Dan-shan County in Ci-lian Subprefecture, An-ding County in Jia-lin Subprefecture, Xian-you County in Wu-ning Subprefecture, Xin-fu County in Bei River Subprefecture, Qing-an County in Liang River Subprefecture, Qing-lin County in Nan-ce Subprefecture, Tang-hao County in Shang Hong Subprefecture, Shan-wei County in Tao River Subprefecture, Dong-lan County in Xuan-hua Subprefecture, Long-ba County in Tuo River Subprefecture, Wei-yuan County in Chang-an Subprefecture, Dong-chao County in Dong-chao Subprefecture, Tong-an County in Jing-an Subprefecture and Chang-jin County in Xia Hong Subprefecture. The Jiang-kou Commandery Police Office in Fu-long County was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Jing-chu Police Office in Qing-lian County under San-dai Subprefecture. The Jiang Bridge Postal Relay Horse Station was transferred to the jurisdiction of Li-ren Subprefecture. The He River-port Police Office in Dan-shan County was transferred to the jurisdiction of Ci-lian Subprefecture. The postal relay station at Bao-fu in Bao-fu County was transferred to the jurisdiction of Fu-an Subprefecture. The Shan-ding County Commercial Tax Office and Fishing Tax Office were transferred to the jurisdiction of Wei-man Subprefecture. The Qing-an County Commercial Tax Office was placed under the jurisdiction of Liang River Subprefecture. The Qing-lin County Commercial Tax Office and the Ping-tan River-port Police Office were placed under the jurisdiction of Nan-ce Subprefecture. The Jin-lu Tax Office in Tang-hao County was placed under the jurisdiction of Tao River Subprefecture. The Gu-lei River-port Police Office in Dong-lan County was placed under the jurisdiction of Xuan River Subprefecture. The Fei Hamlet Police Office in Long-ba County was placed under the jurisdiction of Tuo River Subprefecture. The Tian-liao River and Mt. Tun Police Offices in Dong-chao County were placed under Dong-chao Subprefecture. The Tong-an Sea-port Police Office in Tong-an County was placed under the jurisdiction of Jing-an Subprefecture. The Chang-jin County Commercial Tax Office and the Po-liao Hamlet Police Office were placed under the jurisdiction of Xia Hong Subprefecture. The Chang-chu Granary was established in Bei River Prefecture, the Chang-ji Granary was established in Xin-an Prefecture and the Chang-yi Granary was established in Liang River Prefecture. For each granary, a staff of one commissioner and one deputy was established.
