The following offices were established: The Central-left and Central-right Battalions under the Jiao-zhou Left Guard, Central-left Battalions under the Jiao-zhou Central, Right and Forward Guards and under the Chang River Guard; the Central-right, Central-central, Central-forward, central-rear and Naval battalions under Qing-hua Guard; and the Central, Forward and Rear Battalions under San River Guard.
