In Jiao-zhi, four police offices were established at Chang River in San-dai Subprefecture, An-le in An-le County, Jiang-kou in Tuo River Subprefecture and at Zhen-na Hamlet in Ma-long County. Also, the Chang-ying store was established in Bei River Prefecture.
