The Commissioner Lu Wang was re-instated in an official post. Previously, Wang had held a post in the Yun-nan Military Commission. For involvement in an offence, he was banished to Jiao-zhi to realize achievements. At this time, he was re-instated in a post in the Jiao-zhi Military Commission.
