Dao Po, who had been sent by his grandfather Dao Xian-da, the pacification superintendent of Che-li, came with others and offered tribute of elephants, horses and other products. The Heir Apparent conferred upon Dao Po and the others paper money, brocaded fine silks and silk gauzes, as appropriate.
