The Qian-guo Duke Mu Sheng, regional commander of Jiao-zhi, who was leading his force in pursuit of the bandit leader Chen Ji-kuo, arrived at the Yu River. The bandits abandoned their palisades and fled. They were pursued to Gu-hong County and then to Hui-chao and Ling-chang Sea-port. Over 3,000 heads were taken and Li Nong, the Shen-long General of the false Imperial Personal Guard, was captured alive.
