Zheng-tong: Year 11, Month 4, Day 5

The Qian-guo Duke Mu Bin, regional commander of Yun-nan, and the Grand Defender and Eunuch Director Xiao Bao were each rewarded with 5,000 guan of paper money and four biao-li of variegated silks. Four thousand guan of paper money and three biao-li of variegated silks were conferred upon each of following: the Assistant Regional Commander of the Left Ran Bao and the Assistant Regional Commander of the Right Mao Fu-shou, as well as the vice minister and Military Consultant Yang Ning. The others were all rewarded as appropriate. Bin and the others had previously proceeded separately to Teng-chong and Jin-chi to provide grain rations and to supply reinforcements. At this time, the Lu-chuan bandit Si Ren-fa had been captured and his head had been received and thus these rewards were presented.
