The envoy Ya-lie Ma Yong-liang and others from the country of Java came to Court to offer tribute. On arriving at the capital, they memorialized that the ship in which they had crossed the ocean had been destroyed by the winds and shoals. They requested that the Guang-dong Regional Military Commission and Provincial Administration Commission be ordered to reckon what was necessary and provide them with the materials and the artisans necessary to build a ship, so that they could sail back to their country. This was approved.
