It was ordered that the "salary-receiving" Vice Commissioners Fang Ying and Wang Bin, the Assistant Commissioner Xu Ding and the acting Assistant Commissioners Li Xin and Huang Rang of the Auxiliary Jin-wu Right Guard and other guards accompany the expedition to Lu-chuan. This was ordered as Ying and so on had participated in the previous expedition of suppression.
