The interpreter Luo Rong, the king's nephew Qie-yang-le-cui and others who had been sent by Mo-he Bi-gai, the king of the country of Champa, presented a gold-leaf memorial expressing gratitude for Imperial grace and offered tribute of shields and flags for dancing (舞牌旗), black elephants and other products. A banquet as well as variegated silks and other goods, as appropriate, were conferred upon them.
