Hou Jin, vice minister of the right in the Ministry of Rites, was promoted to vice minister of the left in the same ministry. Cheng Fu, an assistant censor-in-chief of the right, was promoted to assistant censor-in-chief of the left. Zou Lai-xue, a vice director in the Ministry of Revenue, was promoted to director in the same ministry. Zhao Min, a secretary in the Ministry of War, was promoted to vice director in the Ministry of Personnel. Chen Yi, commander in the Embroidered-Uniform Guard, was promoted to assistant regional commissioner. These promotions were ordered to reward achievements in the elimination of bandits and in the transport of grain supplies to Lu-chuan.
