The various Chief's Offices in Yun-nan were exempted from coming to Court, and the Court attendance requirements for the Yun-nan subprefectural and county officials were reduced. This was ordered in accordance with a memorialized request from the Qian-guo Duke Mu Cong, regional commander of Yun-nan, and others.
