6 Sep 1484
The attendant minister Li De-qing and others who had been sent by Li Hao, the king of the country of Annam, presented a memorial and offered tribute of local products. A banquet as well as clothing made from silk interwoven with gold thread, variegated silks and others goods, as appropriate, were conferred upon them. De-qing and others, a total of four persons, memorialized requesting that, in accordance with the precedents of the conferrals upon the envoys from the countries of Siam, Java and Champa, headwear and belts be conferred upon them. This was approved, but it was ordered that this was not to be a precedent for the future.
