Further positions of an assistant administration commissioner and an assistant surveillance commissioner were established in Yun-nan to manage the silver mines. The posts were filled by Yang Xue, assistant administration commissioner of the left in Shan-xi, and Wang Chun, assistant surveillance commissioner in Jiang-xi, who were being re-assigned to posts after completing mourning for a deceased parent.
