The Senior Grand Master of the Palace Li Zong-che and the Grand Master for Court Discussion Pei Jing, who had been sent by Chen Wei of Annam, presented a memorial and offered tribute of elephants. Headwear and belts were conferred upon Zong-che and Jing while paper money, as appropriate, was conferred upon their attendants.
