The eunuch Hong Zai-sheng was sent to take Imperial orders to confer upon the Che-li/Jing-an Pacification Superintendent Dao Shuang-meng and the Ba-bai/Da-dian Pacification Superintendent Dao Zhao-san, as well as to confer upon them patterned fine silks and variegated silks (Alt: patterned fine silks, paper money and silks).
