Liu Zi-chun, administration vice commissioner of the left in the Jiao-zhi Provincial Administration Commission, was promoted to Guang-xi Provincial Surveillance Commissioner. Zi-chun had previously been in the Secretariat of the Heir Apparent. He was subsequently implicated in a criminal case and was transferred to the post of administration vice commissioner. When the Ren-zong Emperor came to the throne (1424), Zi-chun was, as a former official, recalled. At this time, he arrived and accordingly this order was issued.
